# Accept Orders Online with WhatsApp Order

We’re excited to introduce the **WhatsApp Order** feature! Now, you can accept customer orders directly through WhatsApp, making it easier than ever to manage your business and boost your sales.

## 🚀 What is WhatsApp Order?

WhatsApp Order allows your customers to browse your products and place orders directly via WhatsApp. When enabled, a “WhatsApp Order” button appears on your service page, letting customers send you their order details in a single click.

## 🛒 How to List Your Products
You would need to login to the Owners Edit Page by clicking https://pegasus.nirosha.dev/owner_dashboard and then follow the steps below.

1. **Enable WhatsApp Order:**
- Go to your service management page.
- Find the “WhatsApp Order” switch and turn it ON.

2. **Add Products:**
- Click on the “Products” or “Manage Products” section.
- Click **Add Product**.
- Fill in product details:
- **Product Name**
- **Description**
- **Price**
- **Quantity Label** (e.g., per kg, per piece)
- **Product Image** (optional, but recommended)
- Click **Save**.

3. **Edit or Remove Products:**
- Use the edit (✏️) or delete (🗑️) icons next to each product.

## 📋 Product Copy Functionality

Want to quickly create similar products? Use the **Copy Product** feature:

- Click the **Copy** (📋) button next to any product.
- The product details will be duplicated into a new product form.
- Make any changes you want, then click **Save**.

This is perfect for businesses with many similar items (e.g., different flavors, sizes, or variants).

- **Product Sorting:** Drag and drop products to change their display order.
- **Product Images:** Upload clear images to attract more customers.
- **Active/Inactive Toggle:** Temporarily hide products without deleting them.
- **Order Details on WhatsApp:** When a customer places an order, you’ll receive all product details, quantities, and customer info in a single WhatsApp message.
